horrible service by Telkom branch in Midlands Mall

I was at the main Telkom store at Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg and the service provided by Nokuthula was horrible. The branch uses a ticketing system and when people she was either fami**** with came into the store she allowed them to get service while the rest of the customers who arrived earlier where made to wait. A lady operating on the floor initially was hesitant to give us Nokuthula's name. Telkom, may you address this matter urgently as everyone has limited time and it should be respected. I was there between 13:30 and 14:30.
