Horrible Service by telkom and SIBUSISO MSOMI MANAGER TELKOM CALL CENTER

I have app**** for a cellphone contract about a month ago with Telkom Sales where my application was provisionally approved, waited for a about a week and no one got back to me about the application until i phoned and spoke to a very unprofessional consultant who said my contract was declined due to mismatch bureau information . I asked what they mean exactly by that but no one could assist me . a week later someone from sales phoned me again for a new application , we went through everything and i was advised my contract has been approved . after a week i phoned to make a follow up and i spoke to a guy who refused to transfer me to the manager as i needed someone to really explain what is really going on about this mismatch bureau information they are on about . The guy hang up on me and i redialed and got back to him , He then said he is the manager while at first he said he will not transfer me to the manager . he said his name is SIBUSISO MSOMI MANAGER TELKOM CALL CENTER

I am very dissapointed by telkom service . i will stop paying for the exciting Router as it is not on my name as per their credit bureau information
