Horrible service

Telkom is so pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a wi fi router and the line got cut of i takes more than n week for them to know how to fix the line and with different consultants every time ….. I cal everyday and they just keep logging another consultant to fix the line AND I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR THISS **** SERVICE THAT I CANT EVEN USE !!!!!!!!!!!!
