Horrible service at Telkom - Lost my number

Most horrible experience and *********** people on planet earth. Non of the Telkom employees know what they are doing. Things that is suppose to be quick and simple take ages and they manage to deactivate my personal number that I had for 20years because they don't know what they are doing. Then just say noting they can do about it. Their call centres are the worst ever. They lie and make u stories as they go along.
