Horrible service at Telkom Clearwater

I've been to the Telkom store at Clearwater mall 4 times in two weeks. I came to get a phone on contract. I was misinformed a number of time. My old Telkom number now no longer works, the plan they put me on is wrong and I currently cannot load any airtime or buy data.

I've been here for over an hour waiting for a issue they created to be fixed. The staff members have had no sense of urgency, considering that I'm here for the 4th time. They were rude as well. The customer service experience is horrific. I asked to speak to the manager and the consultant lieed and said it was him, so I asked for his boss and suddenly now there's an assistant manager and the real manager has been unavailable.

This is really frustrating. They also were unable to provide me with the correct channels to lodge a formal complaint and get assistance as they gave me store details. This is a violation of my rights as a customer.

This experience really *****ed Telkom brand...
