Horrible service at Telkom

Horrible service at Telkom, I took a phone on contract in 2018 April and closed my Account in 2020 August, ever since they are debiting my account and I reverse the money back, Im sick and tired of Telkom

I had to go to Telkom branch in Festival mall to close the account but that didn't stop them from deducting my money, somebody please help I'm tired
