Horrible Service at Telkom

I am so disappointed by the service i m receiving at Telkom - i have uncapped wifi with them and suddenly last week my connection was slow. I call them on the 27th Jan 2020 to report this as it is affecting my job since I work from home. They told me they reduced my speed due to the usage. This is ridiculous, as it is uncapped.

I am beyond myself with the service I received from one of your team leaders Patrick Petersen who basically told me where to get off and i get what i pay for - I am still waiting for a call back from manager Tumelo Mholatlole, i cannot work now because the connection is bad. Very disappointed.
