Horrible service at branch

<p>I have had the most irritating and annoying experience waiting in the long queue at the Telkom branch in Chatsworth Centre. Apart from waiting in this queue, I've had an employee bad mouth me after I complained about waiting for so long. I spend a total of 2 hours to get one micro SIM card. This is ridiculous.</p>
