Horrible Service at ALL Telkom Stores

Hi there.<br> I have a couple of things i need to complain about. Firstly im not the type that often co plains so you can imagine my frustration.<br> I have been to numerous stores in cape town. And at every store i have had a bad experience.<br> Tygervalley. Both stores. Canal walk. Both stores. Cape gate. And which ever one i go to.<br> The people are alsways just so unhelpful and seem like everything is a huge mission for them. At tyger valley i complained about no stock and the lady walked away from me?<br> My main problem now is that i am busy upgrading at the telkom mobile store in tygervalley. Firstly. It ridiculous that no store carries ANY stock. And that the customer has to wait two weeks to get a phone.<br> I am looking to upgrade to an s6 edge plus. I filled in my forforms last saturday. Evenyually i went back a week later to find out if there was any progress as no one had kept in touch with me. Then i was told that they couldnt tell if they had even ordered my phone yet. How is that possible? Surely there is an order form?.<br> So i was told to come back on monday.<br> I went back on monday.
