Horrible Service and waste of money

When I first got my contract with Telkom I was persuaded to get insurance with the device and I did that but a couple months later my phone was ****** I tried to claim with Telkom but even though I had all the supporting documents even an affidavit I was denied assistance by Telkom and in the end forcing me to get a secondary and cancel the insurance with Telkom so now I'm paying for a phone I don't even have,anyone reading this please avoid Telkom their service is horrible and their insurance is a ****!!!
