Horrible service and unresolved issue from Telkom

The worst service I have ever experienced, I have spoken to numerous amount of service advisors over the phone and in-store but not one of them can resolve my issue.

Telkom century city is by far the worst out of all the stores.

My phone keeps dropping signal and not one of them can tell me what's wrong with it. I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
