Horrible service and unable to resolve their own fault
<p>I took out a cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile Westwood Mall from one of their sales consultants who messed up the application and now more than 2 months later am being avoided by both the sales consultant as well as a senior consultant who keeps making empty promises and nothing is being done. I've taken out a dozen cellphone contracts before and never has it been made such a painful experience, well done Telkom Mobile Westwood Mall on making something so simple, into rocket science. I strongly recommend anyone to consider visitting a different branch of Telkom Mobile if they must, as the entire staff their seem to be covering each others back and ignoring customers once they get you on board.</p>

Since your response nobody has called me. I have since had to make several calls to your customer service department who are clueles and frustrating to deal with. It is shocking how you do business. I thought it was just the store in Westwood Mall that was bad but now its showing that its bad throughout.
