HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT

A very terrible and heartbreaking experience i had and still having with Finrite Administrators and their consultants and Team leaders including their Un-reliable supplier.

Firstly i dont understand why Telkom as reputable as they are can disrespect us so much by contracting with tuck shop admistrators called FINRITE adminstrators.

i have claimed for a device on the 02/03/2020, I submitted eveything I paid the excess all in the smae week.

Today is the 20/03/2020 and nothing has happened. Everytime i call the consultant promise me feedback in the 48 hours I complained about consultant that was very horrible to me and teamleader said she will address the a matter and get back to me.

Everytime i call i have to stay 2 minutes on the call, next thing consultant takes ID number and dissapear for about 15-20 minutes then call dropped.

This has been happeneing for whole 2 weeks

I went and took a new contract of new device as i despereately needed the device, They can even refuns or settle in cash

their supplier is dissapointing them but they cant admit it.

Im going to cancell insurance with Telkom im spending over 1000 a month on Telkom and this is how im being treated.

why do we have Telkom outlets everywhere but cant make it esy for their insurance payers .

Finrite is Horrible Consultants are *********** , rude and Horrible

and as for Telkom is a Disrespect to us. and i think i should take my business somewhere else.

on my 3rd call today 20/03/2020 i spoke to Dineo Tiro at Finrite who advised me that the consultant that dropped my call has sent the email only today to the supplier about my device, where i was told on Tuesday the 17/03/2020that the suplier has been given my ordef and i should wait for the Waybil number.

Im not gonna call Firite again and continue with this terrible and frustrating experience.

i want them to pay me money if their supplier cant get my device in the next 48 hours, i have bought a devise to the value of R10,000.00.

i want something to be done.

i was told that i cant speak to manager as they are in a metting, said Dineo,

I know its a lie' She took my number said she will ill get manager to call me and i know its not gaonna happen.

I dont care anymore Im just waiting for this to end and im taking my business somewhere else.

Im very angry and very irate, very disappointed and very frustrated
