Horrible service and *******

Poor customer service. I received a phone call from one of the sales reps. And told me my contact needs and upgrade. I've agreed to the terms and she offered me a WiFi router at the same package as my old one. She said it will be delivered with a portable speaker which I will pay once off fee 0ff R200 and couple cents. To my surprise R450. 00 was deducted and the speaker was never delivered by Telkom to me.
