Horrible service and no repairs

I'm struggling with my internet for 3 weeks now, and Telkom mechanics does not repair anything. I wait for hours to get help from the support centre but no luck/no answer. They keep saying they will sent another mechanic but he/she never shows. NOW they are on strike so no help or answer what so ever. I can't do any work and I need the internet for research and meetings.
