Horrible service and lies!!!

<p>Never mind the fact that I've already gone through hell when trying to set up a land line with Telkom as well as paying for that which 3 years later still haven't gotten any feedback or a refund for paying twice. After a while I needed internet and stupidly went with one of the wifi ****le packages. I pay a **** load for a CAPPED amount based on the promise of great speed. I am lucky if I get a third of what was promised first of all, half the time telkoms website is down to check my usage and best of all now half the time my device doesn't work. When I went for into the store I was told that it will not be replaced. I refuse to go through this **** again. Either you guys replace the device or refund me. I am going to take steps if I don't get a REASONABLE response as per our consumer services act requires that you deliver on the service promised. I will be waiting for a response ASAP....</p>
