HORRIBLE SERVICE AND *********** TECHNICIANS

<p>I have logged 4 calls of which all of them have been closed with no solution provided, or my line fixed. Call ***, 113CRK150916, 130CRK260816, and the 4th I do not have records of anymore. Simeon, the technician came to my premises and tested the line and confirmed the problem. <strong>They do not listen to the problem and just perform a normal test</strong>, and close the calls without calling me first to test. I have communicated multiple times on FB and all I get is the technicians will attend to this matter. I am VERY UNHAPPY!!!</p>
