Horrible service and incompatant billing system

<p>I have paid my fees a week ago than next week i was charged the same amount that was taken off my account. When I called billing enquiries they said we don't know why you were charged again but you have credit of the sum that was drawn from my account. That means they have overcharged me for no reason and just taking money whever they feel like it without any explanation. Dont even try to complain because no one will help you in their complaint department. In the last 2 months i have been to telkom shop more than once a week because they can't explain or do anything. Telkom is the most useless company i have ever seen,they only know when to ***** money from customers. The worst!!!! If i had a choice I would never ever use their service.</p>
