Horrible Service and delivery From Telkom: Buyer Beware!!!

<p>I recently took out a contract with Telkom at the Eastgate Mobile Shop. From the time I app**** i had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come back to me and even then i had to go back to the store to enquire whether it had been approved. all i got was useless apologies from the store manager, Lebo. A week later i get the cell phone only, despite the contract coming with a tablet. Lebo told me in no uncertain terms that he had the stock and the reason i had to wait another week is because of having to pay the pro rata amount. Lo and behold, now they dont have stock. I was then placated into continuing with the contract and told that they would get stock of the tablet later and call me to "deliver" it to me. Its been two weeks since then and when i went back they told me again they have no stock! Why the hell do you advertise and not even produce. you dont even have the decency to inform the customer of whats going on. Im so tired of your useless apologies. Im paying for something i didnt even get! now im locked into a contract i didnt even see....They probably wont even respond to this. </p>
