horrible service and complete incompetence. ZERO out of 100

I just sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer at the call centre. when a lady eventualy answered she proceeded to say she cant help me and will put me through to the internet department. then she put the phone down it went to a review thing and cut out waist of time. Tired of paying for a service and 0 service being provided paying for a new deal that they called to offer me and yet a month later nothing but obviously i pay for it. ridiculous and horrible service
