Horrible service always

I ****en hate this company they did not debit my account,i had to pay extra R200 because they failed to debit in their side,i spoke to the first agent he put me in hold 17minutes and hung up on me,i spoke to nkanyiso he was rude and refused me a manager now i spoke to sibongile and she also put me on hold for additional 15minutes until i hung up, they hire uneducated people who dont have visions and goals,i regret the day i signed up with telkom and i want to make sure this stupid contract is cancelled.if they dont debit me again i wont make an eft payment again its not my duty to run after them to do their job im close to escalating them to the ombardsmen
