Horrible service

<p>I took a contract with Telkom mobile in February 2014 and they were fast and professional. Couple of months down the line I started having problems with the signal and I gave them a call and they helped me. I had another problem where I couldn't make any outgoing calls and I still gave them a call again and they couldn't help so I stopped paying, they blocked my number and my phone. March 2016 I decided to pay them what I owed them as they blacklisted me. After paying them I kindly asked the to unblock my device as I was no owing them anything and I have to use that phone, all I got was your device will be activated in 72 working hours or within 9 working days but still nothing even now. I know that it was wrong of me for not paying them but it's been a year and I have a phone which is useless. One call centre assistant told me that they don't have anyone to assist me with my case but they were too quick to block it. I will never recommend Telkom mobile to anyone.!!!!!</p>
