Horrible Service

Horrible service from technical I have logged a call since Wednesday no one is giving us a response when you call they put you on hold and no response till you hang up technical Telkom is useless their lines are not even going through and they answer any faults that are reported.

I even decided and advise my manager we move our connectivity to another provider and cancel all contracts to move our fibre to another ISP Telkom has a very horrible service the work and a very disgusting service.
