Horrible service

<p>Took out a contract from Telkom mobile and the device kept on giving me problems. After completing a cancellation form they decided to cancel my contract. Said I must just take in the device. They will send me a mail and I must just ask the consultant to phone them. Getting to the store the consultant is not helpful at all. Almost 3 weeks and my contract is still going</p>
