Horrible service

I received ********** service from one of Telkom's consultant going by the name of Somila Memela, when I asked her to change my address, she was very rude and her tone of voice was as if she is irritated with me, I then asked to speak to her manager which she then a long time to find this manager who could not come to the phone, she even mentioned she doesn't know when the manager will call me back, this is not the type of service I expect from telkom
