Horrible Service

<p>Telkom is quick to sign you up fro their service but very slow deliver on it. I ordered a new adsl line trough telkom on a 24mont contract. They send techs who come in and dont do anything. You call to cancel as you dont want **** service for the next two years and teh consultant hangs up on you. After making my pay R700 rand upfront for instillation i get messes around on my time when the instillation is to be done and no communication or appology for **** service. I want someone to cancel this service before it starts and if telkom debits my account I will report you to the NCPA. I am tired of having to waste my time holding on for half an hr to talk to someone who then hangs up on me. I want someone to call me before close of business today.</p>
