HORRIBLE SERVICE

It is with sadness that Telkom hands over our accounts to an unreliable company called Alpha Collections. My cellphone contract was handed over of which I used to get phone calls and messages from Alpha collections non-stop of which i was assisted by an agent called Thando with settling my account, now that my account is settled i have been requesting for feedback from her and she has blocked me on WhatsApp , I called Telkom and I was told my account was still handed over and they haven't had any communication from Alpha collections so they gave me a contact number where i can call them tried calling however there is no answer it has been over a month now since i tried to get hold of them I even logged on their website to get their details however the address on the website is incorrect as well. This is affecting my credit score and it is with sadness that Telkom cannot assist since they are the ones that are in relation with Alpha collections, my question is why would they hand over our account to such an unreliable company whom blocks us after we settle our accounts. I feel as though this is bad service from both COMPANIES!
