Horrible Service

<p>went into a telkom store on the 24th dec 2016 to apply for 1 of the Uncapped WiFi packages, spent 2 hours because the system was giving problems, i got my refrence number and was told to wait for the call from the tech guys to install. today is the 4th of january 2017 and im still waiting no one has called me to confirm a date or anything. i keep calling the hotline but i cant get to a operator, please assist.</p>
