horrible service

worst company ever logged a complaint they keep emailing me saying they have dealt with it how they never even spoke to me, horrible they pull off direct debits twice a month. Their customer service advisors are rude and difficult to deal with they do not listen when you speak they listen to respond and want to attacked when countless times ive made it clear you're just dealing with the situation i want to be fixed understand im frustrated because what is happening yet they have no customer service ethic.
