Horrible service

I am completely fed up with Telkom and regret ever taking out a contract with them! I took out a contract in January 2025 and since day one they either debited the incorrect amount or on the wrong date. I sent emails to them and even involved ICASA and still I'm having issues. I requested to have the contract retracted but they insisted that i need to settle the account even though they were at fault. Last month ( end September 2025) i was expecting them to debit me on my agreed date and they never went into my account to date. My account is now suspended and i will obviously have a reversal fee added to my bill which is completely unfair towards me as a consumer that has sufficient funds in my account. TELKOM IS MESSING WITH MY ITC. I need this resolved immediately!!!!!
