Horrible service

<p>I have a mobile contract with Telkom and I want to pay off the outstanding amount so I can close the contract cause their service is slow for one their network is constantly dropping whenever you call their call centr they are unable to provide you with answers and every consultant you speak to tells you something totally differen from the last one you spoke yet its the same query so I called the call centre to find out the total outstanding balance they were unable to provide the answer and said I needed to go to the store for that information, I called again someone told me I need to send an email to ********** which I did on Thursday already still no feedback called again someone told me about a form I needed to complete and forward to ********** which I did on friday still no feedback yesterday I went to a Telkom store in Southgate for the same query I was still not provided with an answer instead I was told to times the montly installment by 8 cause that's the outstanding months I have on my contract for one when one pays off their account earlier there's a discount and in this case for one I'm not provided with answers instead I'm being sent from pillar to post</p>
