Horrible service

After struggling for months to get an account on my name, it was first put on the wrong number, then it worked for a week just to suddenly stop working. We have phoned the call center so much and the only answer we keep getting is that the problem will be escalated,but nothing comes of it. I have a business to run and haven't received the service that I pay for! Horrible service.
