Horrible service

Called in 3 times to enquire about my order. The first two times i spoke to the same consultant who was extremely rude and refused to help me. She kept cutting the call on me. She proceeded to create an argument twice saying she can not hear me however she clearly could hear me as she kept responding to what i was saying. The third time i called i was assisted but was informed that my order was cancelled on friday. However, i did not request for the cancellation nor did i speak to anyone else. In any event you may keep the order cancelled, imagine the level of after market service i would get if the order enquiry was so horrible. Not sure if you QA your calls but please have your customer experience team listen to my calls.
