Horrible service.

I'm extremely unhappy with teh service received. I have been trying to get hold of a consultant for months on order to assist me. I cancelled me contract with you guys in March but every single month you debit my account. If I decide to take out a new device I would probably get feedback within 24 hours but now I have to wait months. I have never received such poor service before. Can someone get back to be as this is pathetic!
