Horrible Service

Hi I called the call center because I have a problem with my account. While on the line the consultant Moera Kganyago deliberately disconnected the line because I requested her to read back what she was going to write since she is escalating my issue. The audacity of her to drop the call because she just did not want to deal with the issue is outstanding. She was also very condescending on the call and made it sound like I was complaining about a mere R220.20 being deducted on my account. The service is absolutely terrible and if this is how you train your staff to deal with clients, you are in far bigger trouble than you can imagine.
