Horrible service

<p>I had a call from an agent from telkom mobile as i wanted to have a tablet bought for him she called me at the end of july and we concluded the sale . She said that Telkom will try to deduct the amount from the bank account within the next 48hrs i said its fine and she said she could have it delivered in 5 days. After the days went past i called the call center and they pushed me from pillar to post and gave me numbers to dial. I called the number and i was on hold for an hour, i then called the following day and was on hold again for 40 mins. Im disgusted in the customer service that you have been giving me. I emailed online sales on numerous occassions and i got no response. I have been working in customer service for 8 years and I have never given this kind of service </p>
