Horrible service!!

Telkom keeps blocking my network even after the debit order goes off. This has been happening every month. When calling the helpline firstly I wait 30-45 minutes. After giving my details I was told that my network will be activated in 24 hours. (this was Tuesday; today is Friday already) and still my phone is blocked! I called today and was told the same thing. This is extremely annoying as I am paying every month!!! I'm fed up!
