Horrible Service!!!

I bought data from Telkom in August and to date I am not able to use my data. I have been to the shop at Redsmall four or five times in Rooihuiskraal centrurion and no one can assist me. I am so frustrated I dont know what to do and no one seems to care. I am so disgusted with Telkom right now. their service leaves much to be desired.
