Horrible Service

<p>I have never had such poor service in my life, i received an sms from telkom telling me am due for an upgrade, i went in on the 20th of june to rosebank mall branch to process the upgrade- they told me that payment needs to go through first of which they debit, the guy then told me itll take 2 more days for them to see the payment - i called the call center to Mathapelo who told me itll take 14days - but the branch has come back to me its been 2 weeks that ive been waiting still not response. All i want is feedback and confirmation if i will get a phone or not - that hasnt happend in two weeks...i am so disapointed with telkom mobile theyy have zero customer service</p>
