HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I took out an unlimited package in February for my business, since inception i have not being able to utilize the service to my satisfaction due to the lack of Network coverage. i went to different telkom outlets(Maponya went twice,Westgate Mall) to seek assistance where the agents are rude and ***********, spoken to a number of call centre agents still no help, only when i told them that i want to cancel the contract they sent a technician to my house to come and check if they can install a router, then he left and said he will log a call....NOTHING HAPPENED. If Telkom does not give me the assistance i need, i am gonna take the matter to ICASA and CPA because i am paying a lot of money for the services that i am not able to use and my business is suffering in the prosess.</p>
