Horrible service

I took out a contract with Telkom in 2023, the initial agreed amount was R599, however they have been debiting R698 from the first month, claiming that i have subscriptions, yet they failed to give me the names of the subscriptions and the dates i subscribed. My services have been suspended since Monday yet the debit went through on the 31st of July, they are claiming that its the collection dept that debited. Their manager "Ntuthuko Ntuli told me to send them proof that money was debited in order for him to assist him yet the other agents that i spoke to were able to pick up the payment from their system. I am so disappointed in Telkom.
