Horrible service

<p>I have had a nightmarish service with the team leader of TELKOM. I have requested for my settlement letter , this was on the 27th Jul . I sent an email to Charmaine, Jabulile Malete, Luthando Ngcob and most unhelpful lady Lusana Manase who promised me that she will send me the letter today and I have not recieved any feedback. I have made numerous calls to the call centre {mobile} whom I must say, they are rude and very unhelpful. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service I have recieved from Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>I truly hope that some can actually do they job and send me the settle letter as I will be leaving the country on the 04/02 and need it. I have told all your team leaders but nobody seems to care. </p>
