Horrible service

I am shocked at the service of telkom, someone needs to phone me back. We contact telkom to have give notice on our internet so they said we needed to give 30 day notice. On the 28th of January we Gave the notice and this morning after resetting our rooters because we were experiencing slow connection we were told that our internet was disconnected. We work from home and require connection 24/7
