Horrible service

Useless. Ordered adsl line activation in April. Have to constantly follow up (when they are not offline) with no feedback ever given even after promised call backs and escalations. On 24 June and after again following up i'm told technician will be sent out 27 June between 8 and 4. Took the day off and when following up again no technician has been requested. Wasted day and again systems are offline and nobody can give me any feedback or tell me what to do next. Was even told today that they have not been offline for the last 3 months.
