HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I've been having a problem loading data and called the Telkom call centre. After waiting 17mins to be attended to the agent spoke to (Boipelo Maseko) was very dismissive and even hung up on me. As it was not the first time an agent was rude and hung up on me I called back demanding an apology. I've beeeeen calling twice a week since the beginning of May and all the managers I've spoken to regarding this issue HAVE NOT DONE A THING!!! They keep telling me i can't get a reference number for my complaint and that they will email me but never do. I'm tired of being ignored!!!
