Horrible service

The worst company ever!, Telkom has not debited my account, I called to rectify this before my account could get suspended.However,being so ***********, they still blocked my account. I was told to make a payment, which I did. Irrespective of that ,they have handed me over to the debt collectors, which was so embarrassing. Again I called telkom to inform them about this and the matter .Nothing has been done,and I’m still receiving calls from the debt collectors.PLEASE DO NOT join telkom.They are horrible.
