Horrible service

I will never in my life go back to Telkom. They treat there paying customers like ****. Got shouted at for 45 min by one of there employees telling me I'm a lair telling me what horrible person I am. And all I wanted to know is when will they come install my wifi. Won't speak about the fact they take my money but I don't have my wifi yet. Making empty promises.

Please whatever you do don't use Telkom service is horrible.

I am shocked. Management won't even talk to me keep putting the phone down in my ear.
