Horrible service

My name is Janine . I am a first time telkom customer and I service that I have received from them is totally appalling. I took the school in a box contract on the 15.11.2017 at the trade route branch and was helped by Tshabala and veli (manager) upon checking the school in the box for contacts we found that the screen protector was not in the box. I was promised that the next week I would have it. I went back to the branch four times upon which it seems like a joke to Tshabala that I was becoming angry. On the firth time which was on Wednesday the this week I spoke to the manager he promised that he will call me on Thursday with feedback guess what no call. I even asked for details of my account and the agent that was there could not even navigate the system. I cam tell you one thing I will never do business with tell again after this you guys are pathetic.
