Horrible service

Very disappointed at the horrible service I have received today at Telkom call centre. Not only was I made to wait for an hour to get my call answered I was transferred to four different agents with the waiting period of minute's in-between. My problem was never solved and I'm felt with doubts that maybe I made a bad decision joining this network.
