horrible service

I called more than 10 times for you guys to assist me. When will you guys cancel the contract and fetch this phone. Your call center is useless, the send me to one person to another person. You even debited my account. September will be 2 months if you guys don't no fetch this phone. I regret the day I joined telkom ,very horrible service.
